Mastermind starts end of November/beginning of December and is limited to 10 participants.

Month 1: Understanding Your Purpose

Month 2: Connecting Your Purpose to Your Role and Clarifying Your Priorities

Month 3: Creating a Management Schedule Around Your Priorities

Month 4: Engaging Your Team in Difficult Conversations

Month 5: Upholding the Standards of Your Team: Value, Agreements, Metrics, Goals

Month 6: Delegating and Training Effectively.

We will spend the first half of the call covering concepts in the different areas and then taking the second half of the call to discuss individual needs, questions, and concerns that managers have around the different topics.

This will be a great resource and starting point for managers and take pressure off of the organization to be responsible for all of their training and development.

This mastermind is not for managers who don’t want to attend. Forced learning isn’t effective. This is also not for managers who can’t make the time once a month to be on a 90 minute growth and development call.
